We want to create a space where people are at the heart of this privately-run project, set in a rural environment within the Cathar Pyrenees.

Our place is a sharing hub of wellbeing to recharge and rejuvenate your heart, body and mind and reinforce relationships between young and old.
Example: a percussion workshop where grandmothers or parents play with their grand-children or children and share in two hours of laughter and joy (an intergenerational project)
It is the aim of the ‘Wellbeing, Sharing and Heritage’ Association and its members to gather together in small intimate groups (12 to 15 people max per workshop) which will ensure the quality of your experience in a warm environment.
